They are reference guides reflecting one possible approach to fabricating a vehicle or component, based on common practices. They are not a certified, stamped, or professionally engineered design, and have not been crash-tested, safety-certified, or approved by any regulatory body.

Nothing in a Product constitutes professional engineering, mechanical, electrical, or legal advice. Fabricating and operating a motorized vehicle involves inherent risks, including structural failure, electrical fire or shock, fuel fire or explosion, and mechanical injury, any of which can result in property damage, serious injury, or death. By using a Product, you voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks, for yourself and anyone who uses a vehicle or component you build.
5. Accuracy Not Guaranteed
While we aim for our Products to be clear and technically reasonable, dimensions, tolerances, material specifications, and component compatibility can vary based on the exact parts, tools, and materials you use. You are responsible for independently verifying all measurements, specifications, and compatibility before cutting material, welding, or wiring any component.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexUS Quads disclaims all liability for any injury, death, or property damage arising from the fabrication, modification, or operation of any vehicle or component built using a Product.
