THE FIVE-STAGE BUILD

Cut & jig

Tubing is laser-notched and clamped into the model-specific jig.

TIG weld

Full-penetration welds, then stress-relief in the oven overnight.

Powder & paint

Blasted, primed, and either powder-coated or hand-laid candy.

Driveline

Engine or motor, brakes, suspension and loom fitted and torque-logged.

05

Dyno & sign-off

A full pull on the dyno, a 20 km shakedown, then a printed spec sheet.
